On the 11th March, the North East of Japan was struck by a massive earthquake and tsunami. Sigma’s
state of the art factory is located in the Fukushima prefecture but was fortunate to escape with limited
damage and disruption. Unfortunately some of Sigma’s sub-contractors and suppliers situated on the
coastal plain were not so lucky.
